Sleeps two on ground floor

Double Bedroom - with king-size double bed, sitting area, television, Wi-fi, en-suite bathroom with large shower, WC and basin. Kitchenette in entrance area. Central heating radiators. Double glazing.

Courtyard and Outside:

Utility/ Laundry Room - with 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble driers, ironing board, steam iron, clothes lines
Store Room - with additional fridge and freezer, BBQ, various smaller body-boards (use at own risk), and storage for golf clubs or fishing gear
Boiler Room with space to hang and dry wet-suits or other wet clothing
Outside Shower - thermostatically controlled hot and cold, with overhead and hand-held shower - perfect for rinsing off after surfing
Large front garden has private steps down to Ballycastle beach, garden furniture, and plenty of space for a game of garden cricket or Viking Kubb! Parking at end of gravel drive for 3-4cars
